New to Lacrosse?

Welcome! You’re in the right place. Here’s everything you need to know to get your child started with Carolina Force Lacrosse in Southern Pines, NC.

What is Lacrosse?

Lacrosse is one of the fastest-growing youth sports in the country — and one of the most fun. Players use a stick with a mesh pocket to catch, carry, and pass a small rubber ball, working together as a team to score goals. It combines the endurance of soccer, the hand-eye coordination of baseball, and the physicality of basketball into one dynamic sport.

⚡ Fast-Paced

Continuous action keeps players engaged and develops athleticism quickly.

🤝 Team-First

Lacrosse builds communication, trust, and leadership on and off the field.
